Major Duties and responsibilities

• o    Evaluate garment samples in terms of fitting, measurement, construction, and sewing.
• o    Identify potential problems of samples that may arise during production and make practical suggestions on how to mitigate the risk.
• o    Knowledge and understanding in pattern adjustment to implement operational process (Proto/SMS/Bulk). 
• o    Guide operator/sample maker for making perfect sample as per customer/buyer demand.
• o    Follow up production according to production plan and ensure on time delivery.
• o    Prepare production card, Customer copy for Marketing Department. 

Required Educational Qualification & Experience:

•          Graduate from any reputed institution.
•          Must have 3 years and above experience as Garment Technician.

 

Required Skills & Age:

•  Proficient in using all types of sewing machines used for Jersey production.
• Strong knowledge in Jersey fabric & garment construction.
• Capable to identify and analyze problems while proposing solutions.
• Good knowledge in computer operation.
• Strong communication skills.
• Age: Maximum 32 years.

Work Station: Factory at Bhaluka, Mymensingh
