Asst. Manager - Sample & Development

Job Responsibilities

• Receiving & ensuring the data & documents of a specific style from the merchandising department to examine & proceed for sample printing.
• Examine the specific style to determine details such as sample quality, types of color/chemical to be used, color sequences & any other instruction from the buyer's or customers.
• Taking initiative for Correction of misprinted materials, using materials such as chemical, frame or solvents.
• Inspect and examine the printed products coordination with the quality team for print clarity, color accuracy, conformance to specifications and external defects.
• Maintain and process the sample report and submit the report to the merchandising department & the management.
• Examine, supervise & report the costing of the chemical & others.
• Monitor & follow up the wash test of the sample & take initiative accordingly.
• Monitoring & Supervising the recipe, blend, chemicals and solvents of the printing sample according to style specifications.
• Schedule the sample according the style & grade wise.
• Arrange the sample to deliver to the relevant merchandising team & management for bulk approval, before proceeding for mass production.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements

• 8 to 12 year(s)

Additional Requirements

• Age 30 to 40 years
• Only males are allowed to apply
• Strong technical knowledge in printing production and quality system
• Good leadership ability to lead & motivate inspectors.
• Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame
• Good in planning and analytical skills
• Good command in both written and spoken English
• Hands-on PC skill with the knowledge of commonly used MS software
• Good inter-personal & communication skills
• Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented

Salary

• Tk. 40000 (Monthly)
